What is your return policy?
We accept returns of products within 14 days of your purchase. Please email us at info@mantleskin.com and we will provide the necessary details to complete your return.
Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.

MANTLE products suit all skin types, but are especially beneficial for sensitive skin prone to stress, breakouts or redness.
Where are MANTLE products produced?
Our products are produced in Sweden.
Is MANTLE cruelty free and vegan?
Yes, MANTLE is cruelty free and all our products are vegan, except The High Five and The Calm Balm.
Are organic ingredients included in MANTLE skincare?
Yes, at MANTLE we use organic ingredients in our skincare and our products meet the requirements of the Bio Suisse Clean Beauty Standard, which is considered the industry's most reliable.
Do MANTLE products contain perfume?
No, our products do not contain any form of synthetic perfume, instead, they get their scent from botanical ingredients and essential oils. You may see the word "perfume" in our lists of ingredients, but this only refers to the essential oils in the product.
Can I use MANTLE while pregnant and/or breastfeeding?
Yes. MANTLE’s products have been approved by a toxicologist and are safe to use while pregnant and breastfeeding. If you feel any hesitation, we advise checking with your healthcare provider or midwife.
Can The Retinol Serum be used during pregnancy + breastfeeding?
The Retinol Serum has been approved for use during both pregnancy and breastfeeding. It contains vitamin A-related compounds that contribute to your daily intake, but because it has such low systemic absorption the product is toxicologically approved as safe for use during pregnancy. However, we would always urge you to go with your gut and avoid use if it causes you concern. Pregnancy is such a short period in life and any undue stress is unnecessary. It is also deemed safe to use during breastfeeding. However, keep in mind that your skin may be more sensitive and prone to irritation due to hormones.
How should I use MANTLE skincare?
When creating our skincare we had versatility in mind and all of our products can be combined to suit your specific needs. Our products are packed with powerful actives and nourishing botanicals that promote healthy and balanced skin - regardless of how many of our products you choose to include in your routine.
Can I use MANTLE together with products from other brands?
Yes, it’s completely fine to use other brands in combination with MANTLE, although we recommend pairing our products with each other to achieve optimal results.
What is the shelf life of the products?
An opened product will last up to 12 months if stored as directed: dry and cool, not above room temperature and protected from direct sunlight.
